The latest bidding exercise on 21 August 2019, Wednesday resulted to a drop on premiums across all categories.
For Cat A (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) the premium went down by 2.47% or $808, from $32,725 to $31,917. As for Cat B (above 1,600cc or 97kW), there was a $1,399 drop, from $40,001 to $38,602.
Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses (Cat C) saw COE prices go down by 4.67%, from $27,800 to $26,501. For Motorcycle (Cat D) premium, it went slightly down to $4,301 (2.25%) as compared to $4,400 in the previous bidding exercise.
Finally, for the Open Category (Cat E), the premium also had a small drop by 1.26% or $510, from $40,512 to $40,002.
